About Our Services

Neuromuscular therapy works with the body precisely, using a targeted hands on approach to identify and treat the specific muscles responsible for your pain, tension or restricted movement. Through techniques such as trigger point release, myofascial release, active release, PNF stretching and more, this work goes deep into the muscle tissue to address dysfunction, restore balance and improve how your body moves and feels.
This work is suitable for anyone managing chronic pain, looking to reduce tension, recovering from injury, restoring movement, or looking for deeper preventative care to keep their body functioning at its best.
Commonly addressed conditions include back pain, neck and shoulder tension, sciatica, headaches, hip and knee pain, plantar fasciitis, whiplash, TMJ, pain from car accidents, and more.
New Clients — 2 Hour Initial Session
First time clients begin with a 2 hour appointment to allow enough time to fully understand your needs before any hands on work begins.
30 minutes — Assessment and self care guidance
90 minutes — Hands-on treatment
During the assessment your therapist will review your history, current pain levels and daily habits alongside a physical evaluation that may include muscle testing, range of motion, trigger point identification and movement evaluation. If you have any doctor reports, MRI results or prior diagnoses please bring them along.
Treatment techniques may include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, PNF stretching and active release techniques, tailored specifically to what your assessment reveals.
Following your session your therapist will discuss their findings and recommend an ongoing treatment plan suited to your needs. You will also leave with personalized home care recommendations, self care techniques, stretches or exercises specific to your condition and guidance on any daily habits that may be contributing to your pain. The goal is not just to feel better in the session but to give you the tools to maintain and build on those results at home.
Returning Clients — Neuromuscular Therapy
Designed for those who have completed the initial 2 hour session. For patients who completed the initial session and are actively working toward pain relief or maintaining their results. Each session is informed by your initial assessment and your progress over time, ensuring treatment remains targeted and responsive to where you are in your healing process. A brief check in before hands on work begins allows your therapist to track changes, address new concerns and adjust your treatment plan as needed.

Swedish Therapy Add Ons
10 min Salt Scrub
A simple but effective treat for your skin. Before your Swedish massage, a blend of sea salt and jojoba oil is applied to gently exfoliate and nourish, leaving your skin feeling soft and refreshed while adding an extra layer of relaxation to your session.
Benefits:
Exfoliation — Sea salt removes dead skin cells and buildup, revealing softer, smoother skin underneath
Deep Nourishment — Jojoba oil penetrates more deeply into freshly exfoliated skin, leaving it hydrated and nourished
Circulation — The scrubbing motion helps stimulate blood flow throughout the body
10 min Hot Stones
Smooth, heated basalt stones are incorporated into your Swedish massage to warm the muscles and melt away tension. The heat allows for deeper relaxation without the need for deeper pressure, making this a great option if you're looking for a gentler but deeply effective session.
Benefits:
Muscle Relaxation — Heat causes the capillaries to dilate, increasing blood flow to the muscles which helps reduce tension and tightness
Improved Circulation — The increased blood flow delivers more oxygen and nutrients to the muscles while helping flush out metabolic waste
Nervous System Relaxation — The warmth of the stones calms the nervous system, enhancing the overall effects of your Swedish massage
